Revise firework inventory adjustments process

The process/button naming is the opposite of intuitive and needs to be revisited with the goal of use friendliness and intuitiveness. I am a fellow programmer, but it took me several minutes and various attempts to figure out how to interpret the buttons.

Thoughts on
Adjust: adds to or subtracts from the current available quantity.
Replace: overwrites the current quantity with the value you enter.

Just looking for some feedback on this request. What would be some better names for the buttons in this process? Right now we are using Adjust to adjust the inventory, and Set to set it as a new recording, overriding the last.

Any additional feedback would help us action on this.
