COBRA Feature Requests

Add a protective cover (or 3D print file for same) for the Centronics 50 connectors. The Centronics connectors were never designed for use in outdoor environments. As it stands, when not plugged in, these connectors are prone to damage and collecting debris & dirt. A simple, sturdy, slide-on plastic protector would help reduce this issue. The aftermarket sometimes offers thin 'dust covers' but they offer little in the way of protection from mechanical deformation of the thin sheet metal surround. Add a body (or a 3D print file for same) to the 36s \ Centronic shunt. As it stands, this shunt is delivered incomplete. The shunt is difficult to handle or manipulate due to small size, exposed sharp pointed wires, and lack of any cover or body to grip. A simple small plastic housing and two screws will resolve this. Images shown are 3D print (& correct in concept), but for smaller shunt.

Allow the user to add a passcode to the 18R2 to not let it arm without the 4 digit code.

Would be great to have a waterproof LED strip which can be plugged into quickplug receptables to help determine if a cable or slat has gone bad.

The ability to have 2 remotes or the ability to swap quickly to a 2nd remote without resyncing all modules.

It would be nice to be able to use the Command Center to check e-match resistance on modules.

I would like to see a small single cue module for indoor applications and multiple positions for special effects application at a low cost.

Currently the COBRA DMX kit directly supports 3-pin DMX, having 5-pin support will help support more devices without the need for an adapter.
